Cable Management

So everybody I am looking to optimize my cable management a little better on my computer because the cables are STIFF and are ugly in some places. I did as much cable management but it still doesn't look like the clean cut that you would expect from a moderate computer builder. I am a beginner, which may have a lot to do with the problem. Below I have two pictures that show what the insides of my computer right now.
